Letters have gone out to local business and a press release has been issued seeking sponsorships. The festival usually has over 5000 attendees and this year we’re amping up our pulicity efforts another notch.
Sponsorships enable us to bring in more events and activities and increase our publicity. Sponsorships also enable the participating organizations to further help the community.
The pumpkin festival greatly appreciates monetary donations of all sizes, and for the larger sponsorship amounts we offer regional-wide recognition in return:
Pumpkin Orange Sponsorships - $1000 donation (1 of 2 remaining)
- 3×5 banner with Family or Company Name, logo and website address
- Preferred placement in promotional media & advertising
- Options of general sponsorship or activity/entertainment sponsorship
- Recognition on the GPF website with your logo & link to your website for 1 year
- Top name & logo placements on our Thank You Banner posted at both festival entry gates on that day and around town in the following weeks
- 25 free entry buttons to share with employees, friends & family

Harvest Gold Sponsorship - $500 donation (3 of 5 remaining)
- 1/2 of 3×5 banner with Family or Company Name, logo and website address
- Placement in promotional media & advertising

- High name & logo placements on our Thank You Banner posted at both festival entry gates on that day and around town in the following weeks

Autumn Red Sponsorships - $250 donation
- 1/4 of 3×5 banner with Family or Company Name & logo

Vine Green Sponsorships - $100 donation

Banners will be located throughout the festival grounds in highly visible spots with the Pumpkin Orange Sponsor Banners receiving prime placement, Harvest Gold Sponsor Banners receiving premium placement and Autumn Red Sponsor Banners receiving other favorable placement.
